Buyer Manager & Professional Assistant

Rocco, an integral part of Mark’s team, has an extensive background in event management and client relationship management. His focus is on establishing relationships with a large pool of active purchasers and nurturing buyers over time so that when we eventually negotiate with that buyer our team has the strongest chance of maximising their offer.

Rocco also handles the administrative aspect of the sale process and will act as your concierge when your property is preparing to go to market. He will also be on site at open inspections and buyer appointments.

Rocco is highly trained in all of Mark’s systems, scripts and dialogues and is making astonishing progress in the Real Estate Industry.

Susanne Lands

Business Manager

Susanne started her real estate career in 1982 as an administrative assistant and has worked her way through to becoming a business owner.

Mark is extremely proud to have secured her skills exclusively for his clients and team. Susanne’s role is that of a Business Manager. She uses her years of experience to ensure that your property progresses from Under Contract through to Settlement with as little fuss as possible.

She has extensive knowledge of current lending policies and procedures as well as a high familiarity with conveyancing processes and timelines.
