The purchase price of these properties is fixed. This means there will not be any variations or increases in cost for you as a buyer. Please review the Selections and purchase contracts for a full run down of all inclusions.

Once Bella Mable is complete settlement can take place. Subject to your purchase agreement, settlement would normally take place 14 days from practical completion. This allows adequate time for both your conveyancer and bank to arrange settlement.

To register your interest and purchase a home, please fill out the ‘Secure your Property’ form below. In the event we receive multiple nominations for the same property, preference will be given to the email nomination received first. This ensures fairness to all clients.

Monday to Friday we will answer your enquiries within 24 hours. Should you contact us over the weekend, we will return your correspondence no later than close of business Monday.

On confirming your property preference and its availability we will send you the purchase contract via DocuSign for electronic signing.

Ideally, the vendor does not want homes to be held for long periods. However has agreed to allow The Lands Team 48 hours from the time of confirmation to prepare and finalise documentation, this can be done via DocuSign or in person at our office.

Once all documentation is signed you will have a cooling off period of two full business days. This will provide you with the necessary time to complete your research and allows your conveyancer the time they need to ensure they are happy with the purchase contract.

On the next business day, following the expiration of the cooling off period you will be required to attend our office and pay your deposit.

Alternatively, this can be transferred online, you will be required to notify the agent via email once you have transferred your deposit.
